The American Heart Association has an excellent opportunity for a Temporary Internship opportunity in our Business Intelligence team at our office in Dallas, TX.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with enterprise-wide data integration and architecture. Responsible for assisting with the move and delivery of internal and external data from application databases - to data stores - to the end user desktop.
Essential Job Duties
Hands-on use of enterprise data warehousing, data management, data modeling, interface, and end-user reporting tools
Understanding of business use(s) of data
Database querying for analysis and reporting
Business analysis, data flow, and data mapping
May execute and/or develop SQL, ETL, or other scripts
Data movement, transformation, security
Business Intelligence architecture
Research and application of industry standards and best practices
Partner with other groups to expand the impact and use of tools within AHA.

Currently enrolled in either an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Program with a focus on Information Technology.
Working knowledge ofSQL, ETL, or other scripts
