Responsibilities

The American Heart Association (AHA) has an excellent opportunity for a Field Integration Lead in our National Center office located in Dallas, Texas . This position can be remote but must live near a major airport.

In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating and guiding accelerated mission and revenue growth to the assigned region and market.

Essential Job Duties

  • Ensure that assigned region financial goals are achieved and strategic priorities are aligned with those of the association.

  • Oversee an annual strategic evaluation and planning processes for assigned region or markets.

  • Help markets focus on the highest impact priorities in order to drive goal achievement, while effectively balancing a strategic (big picture) focus with day-to-day execution.

  • Work with internal and external partners to develop strategies to significantly increase AHA’s community impact and community change.

  • Work with region and market leaders to develop a highly engaged, high performing staff team committed to understanding and achieving the health, revenue and volunteerism goals of the association.

  • Monitor and analyze external and internal trends and develop benchmarks, best practices, priorities and focus areas for top markets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Advertising.

  • Seven (7) to ten (10) years of fundraising experience in volunteer and staff management, managing a major/market territory and strategic planning.

  • Five (5) years of supervisory experience of a fundraising team

  • Ability to travel up to 40%
