The American Heart Association has an exciting new opportunity for a National Lead - Field Integration . The location for this position is flexible and remote.
In this role you will be responsible for facilitating and guiding accelerated mission and revenue growth to the assigned region and market.
Essential Job Duties:
Oversee an annual strategic evaluation and planning processes for assigned region or markets. Help markets focus on the highest impact priorities to drive goal achievement, while effectively balancing a strategic (big picture) focus with day-to-day execution.
Assess and identify the financial goals and lead indicators of core fundraising products, regions, and markets, using data to drive performance across the organization. Ensure that assigned region financial goals are achieved and strategic priorities are aligned with those of the association.
Consult with internal and external partners to develop strategies to significantly increase AHA’s community impact and community change
Develop a highly engaged, high performing of region and market leaders committed to understanding and achieving the health, revenue and volunteerism goals of the association.
Serve as an expert in core revenue and health strategies, helping to accelerate and replicate successes from markets including consulting with the Top 30.
Monitor and analyze external and internal trends and develop benchmarks, methodologies, priorities and focus areas for top markets. Provide formal feedback to leadership on opportunities and challenges.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Non-profit Management or related area
Seven (7) years of fundraising and strategic planning experience with volunteer and staff management in a major market/territory
Five (5) years of supervisory experience with a team of fundraisers
Five (5) years of xperience in high level volunteer leadership recruitment, board development and cultivation
Ability to collaborate and motivate volunteers and staff to achieve revenue goals
Ability to develop and give presentations to all levels of management and volunteers
