Responsibilities

This individual will be responsible for driving the successful completion of assigned projects by leading teams in initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing assigned projects. Responsible for supervising Managers & Coordinators to drive deliverables so that Professional Education Hub initiatives are delivered on time, to the specified cost, and quality and performance as proposed.

This role works with the Senior Director, Professional Education Hub & Telehealth, healthcare business solutions team and other Association departments to provide operational, fiduciary, logistical and administrative support for the program, address operational and project deliverables including budget management, contracting, and reporting needs. The position will also lead day-to-day triage and prioritization of Professional Education Hub internal service requests and support needs in alignment with strategic plans and goals.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Conduct regular analyses of both quantitative data and qualitative user feedback. Apply this information to refine and iterate on product features, enhance user experience, and address any identified issues to improve satisfaction and engagement.

  • Gather and analyze data-driven insights from performance tracking and user feedback to prioritize and implement product enhancements. Focus on optimizing functionality, usability, and overall performance to improve outcomes and increase customer satisfaction.

  • Work closely with business technology, design, marketing, and sales teams to implement comprehensive product roadmaps.

  • Facilitate and analyze customer testing sessions to gather actionable insights, ensuring products meet user expectations and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain and prioritize the feature backlog to ensure that team efforts align with strategic business goals and deliver maximum user value.

  • Collaborate closely with business technology teams to ensure that products are developed within the agreed timeline and scope, leading all lifecycle stages to meet strategic objectives.

  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, communication, and support teams to ensure a unified and effective product launch.

  • Supervise the performance of new products post-launch, gathering feedback from both customers and internal teams.

  • Oversees and leads operations, including finance, procurement, and relationships with legal, external vendors, and partners, to ensure that the business's overall goals are reached and that all the Association guidelines are followed. Develops and implements standardized and centralized department administrative processes to improve efficiency and utilization of resources.

  • Leads, supervises and provides training to a group of Program Manager staff to drive initiatives and deliverables on time, at the specified cost, quality, and performance.

  • Key liaison to project and program management teams for standardizing and scaling common business support functions across teams.

  • Identifies ongoing opportunities for process improvement and develops a framework for implementation of new and updated standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in program management with operations oversight

  • Excellent in oral and written communication. Ability to communicate with all levels of Association staff. Ability to communicate with technology and non-technology staff

  • Demonstrated ability to simultaneously lead multiple projects

  • Must have in-depth knowledge of budgeting and reporting processes

  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously

  • Program management or equivalent experience, with the ability to plan and monitor projects from inception through completion

  • Knowledge of assessing and controlling risk (Risk Management)

  • Experience working across departments to lead day-to-day workflow to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget

  • Experience leading stakeholder expectations and communication flow as relates to project deliverables, scope, and the internal project team

  • Ability to prioritize work assignments, meet multiple deadlines and lead numerous projects simultaneously

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

  • Functional multi-program computer skills; strong project management tool skills; strong interpersonal skills, including relationship building

  • 10% approximate time of overnight travel
